TOTTENHAM have agreed a deal with PSG to sign Serge Aurier, it has been claimed.
The Gambling Times claim sources close to Spurs believe a deal - worth just short of £25million - will be done before they meet Burnley on Sunday.
That follows the signing of Davinson Sanchez from Ajax, who completed his move yesterday.
It’s reported that the 24-year-old has agreed terms on a five-year deal with Spurs.
He’s set to replace Kyle Walker at the club following his move to Manchester City.
The Ivory Coast international is available to leave PSG following the arrival of Dani Alves from Juventus.
Aurier was denied entry into the UK last year and missed PSG’s Champions League clash with Arsenal because he was found guilty of elbowing a police officer a month earlier.
That ban is still in place but Aurier is appealing the charge.
Former Spurs star Darren Anderton believes he could be joined at the club by Ross Barkley.
He said: “I think Ross Barkley will still sign for Tottenham despite other interest.
“Ross Barkley is a fantastic player, but I think he needs a manager that will love him and improve his game, like Mauricio Pochettino, and coming to Tottenham will be the perfect pillar for him
"However, with the current setup, Ross will struggle to get into the team. I think if Barkley comes he'll want some reassurance that he'll be playing, but for me, I don’t know how you can change that front three of Kane, Alli and Eriksen – it's arguably the best front three in the league.
"It's difficult. Barkley wants to play, but I'm sure Spurs fans would be very upset if Alli or Eriksen were dropped, as they play in the same position. If he does join and one of the other players leaves, they could go anywhere they wanted. Dele Alli is worth a fortune.
"They will want to play every game and won't want the manager chopping and changing just to accommodate everyone.”
