Nigeria’s Okoroji dumps Bayern Munich for Augsburg Okoroji

Dream Team VI invitee, Chima Okoroji, has left German Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich for fellow Bundesliga side, Augsburg.

Okoroji was among the 47 players invited by Samson Siasia at the start of the U-23 team camping, but club commitments prevented him from honouring the invitation, reports.
He rose through the ranks at Bayern Munich and became a regular at the Bundesliga giants U-17s and 19s, but failed to make the first team despite been tipped to make his debut two seasons ago.
The full back, who can also operate as a winger, joined Augsburg on a year deal till the summer of 2017.
