Michy Batshuayi celebrates a Marseille goal
Barcelona will only press ahead with their plans to sign Arsenal and Chelsea target Michy Batshuayi should they fail to land Nolito this summer.
It has been reported that Barca are ready to battle the two London clubs to land the Belgian striker from Marseille during the window.
But now Spanish newspaper Sport has suggested that the 22-year-old, who scored 17 times in Ligue 1 last term, is only a contingency plan for them.
Barca still consider 29-year-old Celta Vigo ace Nolito as their No.1 offensive target to provide support to their free-scoring triumvirate Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez.
However, should they fail to land him, then the Catalan club will switch their attention to Batshuayi - unless one of his Premier League suitors has already snapped him up.
