Chelsea transfer news: Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah targeted by new Blues boss Antonio Conte
Chelsea are tracking Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah, according to reports in Italy.
Incoming Blues boss Antonio Conte is keen to strengthen his squad this summer and a host of players have been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan is reportedly a top target, while the club are also looking at Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
Asamoah, according to Tuttosport, is another name on Chelsea's shortlist after Conte informed the club's board about his talents.
The Italian worked with the 27-year-old during his time at Juventus and he is said to be hungry for a reunion.
Juventus are open to selling the Ghanian if a buyer comes in with an offer of around £16m.
