Real Madrid have told Arsenal it will cost they £50million to sign Alvaro Morata.
The Spanish side are expected to activate their buy-back clause for the Juventus striker this summer, which will see them snap him up for £23m.
Real are then planning to instantly sell Morata and Arsenal have already informed them of their interest.
But now, according to Cadena Cope, the Gunners have been told it will cost them £50m to land the Spaniard this summer.
Real are aware of the growing interest in the 23-year-old, with Chelsea and Manchester United also considering moves.
As a result the Spanish club believe they can bank £50m by selling Morata - an amount that would be a club record fee for Arsenal.
